Start your day off right with fruit, protein and a hot beverage. This is a great time to have dietary fiber rich whole grains.


Cancer patients may find breakfast is the best time of the day for protein foods like eggs. Take advantage of the times when you have a good appetite. Remember that colorful fruits and garnishes make food more appealing.

The benefits of Ginger


Ginger is a safe and effective treatment for nausea and feelings of early satiety. Try ginger tea or slightly flat ginger ale if you find food unappealing. You may also try taking ginger as a supplement or simply smelling essential oil of ginger.
